1.1 – Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. tt7000 conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence) at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or above will be suspended pending further review or permanently closed.

1.2 – Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If any applicable law in your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits you from accessing online gambling services, you are not eligible to use tt7000. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tt7000 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

1.3 – Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

1.4 – One Account Rule

Each person may register and maintain only one account on tt7000. If duplicate accounts are detected, tt7000 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to withhold any promotional bonuses or winnings accrued through those accounts.

2.1 – Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 – Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳100. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction on the tt7000 platform. tt7000 reserves the right to impose individual account-level limits at its discretion.

2.3 – Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tt7000 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. tt7000 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where identity verification is incomplete or where a transaction is flagged for review under our anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering procedures.

2.4 – Account Currency

All account balances and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tt7000 does not accept deposits or pay winnings in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member are the Member's sole responsibility.

2.5 – Own Payment Methods Only

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted. Where a deposit is received from a third-party account, tt7000 reserves the right to return the funds and close the member account without prior notice.

3.1 – Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

3.2 – Bonus Abuse

tt7000 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising real risk; and coordinating with other members to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, tt7000 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

3.3 – Promotional Changes

tt7000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion will not affect bonus funds already credited and accepted by a member prior to the change, except where the change is required to prevent or address fraudulent activity.

4.1 – Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and accepted when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Member. tt7000 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. In the event of a technical error or system failure during bet placement, tt7000 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

4.2 – Obvious Errors in Odds

Where odds are published due to a technical error, human input error, or data feed failure that results in clearly incorrect or "palpably wrong" odds, tt7000 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds, regardless of the outcome of the event. Bets that are voided under this clause will have stakes returned in full.

4.3 – Event Abandonment & Postponement

Where a sporting event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the tt7000 platform at the time of bet placement. As a general rule, if a cricket match is abandoned before a result is determined, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Live bets placed during the abandoned match will be settled based on the score at the point of abandonment, unless a specific rule states otherwise.

4.4 – Match-Fixing & Integrity

tt7000 takes sporting integrity seriously. Where tt7000 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member has engaged in, facilitated, or benefited from match-fixing or any other form of event manipulation, tt7000 reserves the right to void all related bets, withhold all related winnings, close the account, and report the matter to relevant sporting and law enforcement bodies.

5.1 – Suspension by tt7000

tt7000 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's account at any time and without prior notice where: the Member is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; or the account is subject to a dispute or investigation. During a suspension, the Member will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets.

5.2 – Closure by the Member

Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting tt7000 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals must be resolved and any active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the closure request.

5.3 – Self-Exclusion

Members who feel their gambling habits are becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanent closure. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

7.3 – No Waiver

tt7000's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of tt7000's right to enforce it at any future time.
